1. Produktintroduktion

CNC Steel Plate Sawing and Milling Machines are currently in a monopoly state by foreign countries, and in China it is still in the early stage of research and development. The machines can be widely used in metallurgy, machinery, mold making and other industries. Compared with traditional band sawing machines, the circular sawing machines have the features such as fast sawing speed, high accuracy and excellent cutting surface.

The machines adopt a fixed-beam type gantry frame structure to facilitate the feeding and discharging of the steel plate. The cutting length of the steel plate is not limited by the machine structure.

The machines consist of two parts, one is cutting motion and feeding motion by the circular saw blade, the other is feeding and discharging motion of the steel plate. The movement uses a numerical control system to control the servo motor to achieve stepless hastighedsændring.
