Main problems: mechanical processing produces a large number of steel chips. After processing, these steel chips expand and loose, occupying a lot of storage space, storage and recycle of these steel chips are not only dangerous but also cause dirty and messy production environment. The waste chips produced by wet processing contain cutting fluid, which cause pollution to the environment.In order to solve the above problems, these steel chips need to be crushed so as to reduce the volume, dehydration drying, and change the fine chips into block.The steel chips are poured into the crushing machine in the pit with a trolley for crushing, and the crushed steel chips are sent to the centrifugal dryer for dewatering by a conveyor, and the "dry chips" after dewatering are sent to the block pressing machine for block processing by the chip discharging machine.The liquid is poured into the recycling bucket and the pressed block is delivered to the customer material box.Technical contents: guardrail, vertical crush ing machine in the pit, crushed chip conveyor , cutting fluid collection box, hydraulic discharge dryer,the chip discharging machine for dried chip, metal block pressing machine, molding block material box, electrical control device.
